Meet the Owners
We are Taylor and Liz Calderon, and we run Mountain Muscle - a small gym with a big focus on strength. Liz, is a Level 2 USA Weightlifting coach and a Level 2 USPA powerlifting coach with a passion to help people. We started this gym because we wanted to build a space where lifters of all backgrounds could train seriously, feel supported, and have access to real coaching without the chaos of a big-box gym.
Whether you're into Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, or just want to get stronger with proper technique and programming, you're in the right place. We’ve got the equipment, the knowledge, and most importantly—the kind of community that pushes each other to grow.
